The days of pep rallies, class trips, team practices, and school shows are coming to an end for your child. It's time for graduation - an exciting time, but also one filled with a little sadness about saying goodbye to the past, and anxiety while looking ahead to the future.
Keep all of these feelings in mind, as you plan to celebrate your child's graduation with a special party befitting such a momentous occasion. Beginning Two End will be there every step of the way to ensue that it is a party where your graduate has a great time making new memories to take with him or her into the next stage of his or her life.

This package includes up to 3 meetings, up to 10 hours of planning time, 12 hours on the day of the event and unlimited phone and email support.

- Pre-screen venues according to your criteria
- Schedule appointments and tours
- Assist with developing party theme
- Maintain timelines, checklists and task lists
- Assist with ordering invitations and thank you notes
- Accept RSVP’s and maintain headcount
- Maintain delivery time and other detailed information
- Confirmation of menu and service details
- Map directions to site for guests - requires client approval
- Manage decor delivery, installation and setup
- Meet, check in, and confirm details with each vendor on party day
- Manage timing with bandleader/DJ
- Prepare Photographers Prep pack - includes “must take” photo list, style preferences, special and unique items, schedule and map of facility
- Assist with the selection of table centerpieces
- Assist with ordering guests favors and arrange/place favors on party day
