Bronze Package

"Day of Wedding" Service Starting at $600 (actual fee based on consulting hours, size of wedding, logistics and travel considerations) The “Bronze Package” is designed for the couple who has already done much of their planning. If you have already selected your vendors and have begun handling many details for your ceremony, this package will allow us to handle all of the “day of” details. You will simply relax and enjoy your special day. This service usually begins 4-6 weeks before the wedding day The following list provides details concerning Beginning Two End’s “Bronze Package”. Other services are available upon request for additional charges:

Free one hour consultation One finalization meeting one to two weeks before wedding Unlimited phone calls to consultant (during normal business hours) Unlimited E-mail access to Consultant Review contracts and confirm arrangements and times with wedding professionals Oversee set-up and design Arrange/place favors on guests tables Discuss details, roles and responsibilities with venue event manager Wedding Day Emergency Kit Map directions to site for guests - requires client approval Preparation of a wedding day itinerary Ceremony etiquette guidance Ensure that preparations for the ceremony and the reception are in line with your expectations Orchestrate your rehearsal (where permitted) and organize your wedding party Attend and oversee the ceremony and reception Choreograph receiving line Choreograph bridal party reception introduction line Manage the timing of formalities during the reception with your family, wedding party and wedding professionals Make final payments to wedding professionals, as requested Gather and assist with loading gifts Wish you the best as you start your new life together
